Elearning Consulting > Jeff Harris, Principal eLearning Consultant

Over the years, Jeff Harris has worked closely with thousands of training departments and virtual learning organizations.

Since 1998 Jeff Harris' professional career has been wholly dedicated to elearning. He is one of the founding members of Trivantis Corporation, the maker of Lectora, a product line of elearning authoring tools used around the world. For nine years, he was the vice president of marketing, during which time he served as the company's liaison to the training industries' thought leaders as well as the evangelist for Lectora among independent eLearning content developers, training companies, and many other organizations. He became "the consultant to consultants," providing elearning expertise and knowledge to consultants developing elearning programs for their clients.

Mr. Harris has spoken with thousands of education and training professionals in the U.S. on software issues, development processes, and elearning in general, solving problems related to technology as well as processes. As a virtual learning consultant, he has probably spoken with more education and training professionals involved with virtual learning than anyone else in the U.S. Mr. Harris amicably resigned from Trivantis to launch Start-eLearning Consulting.
